From jb:
Luke Sutherland was there on White Noise / Hunted / Mexican GP - maybe others but cannot remember right now.
First seated gwai show for me and one my ears will remember for some time. Not so fond of the playlist (I had hoped for different songs from "Hardcore") and a bit of an odd bass sound provided by Barry on Cody, but huge huge sound overall. How they can still take you by surprise on Satan or Like Herod is beyond me.
From Christophe:
Amazing loud gig, there was no noise restriction in this venue :-)
From Seb:
It was the tenth time I saw Mogwai and the sound was too loud when the guitar wall got unleashed. The people in the venue put their hands against their ears to protect them. It was definitively too loud. The set was classic, no surprise. It's not the best Mogwai gig I heard.
Just before the encore beginning, I shout "My Father My King please!", I think that Stuart answered "You do not want a riot!". He wanted to make a reference I suppose of the Cafe de la Danse show in 2001.
The support (Remember Remember) was fantastic and all the audience enjoyed his set very much.
