'gwai gig was excellent as always - although with the constraints of an hour long slot they weren't able to truly go for the spectacular as they do at their own shows [or maybe i've seen them playing mr beast too many times!]

having said that it was lovely to hear ex-cowboy and small children again for the first time in ages and ratts and the final 5 songs were barnstorming.

"i know you are" was dedicated to an audience member who was in barcelona for a stag do. apparently "these are not just mogwai songs - these are marks and spencer mogwai songs"

i was really really excited and looking forward for mogwai live, since it was going to be my first time to see them perform and them being my favorite band. they where everything i expected them to be and a whole lot more. i never ever imagined the way that beast of a sound hits you. i was front row and i think my hearing capacity was somewhat damaged that day.

'2 rights' was dedicated to fc barcelona, 1 day before they painfully lost the league.
