first of all: martin is cool. i talked with him a little bit before the show and he helped to find the right t-shirt for me. the whole mogwai crew are very nice people.

the concert was brilliant as usual. it was the third time for me and they blow me away every time. the concert hall in schorndorf is a very nice place with fantastic acoustics. i was sitting at a gallery so i was able to see the whole stage from up above. very nice.

they played the songs a little bit different from the recorded versions and the highlight for me was 'may nothing but happiness come through your door'. this song was so powerful and emotional.

stuart made a lot of noise while crouching on the stage at 'i know you are but what am i?'. beautiful song. 'my father my king' was brutal and the whole room seemed to shake because of the roaring and neverending noise at the end. a boy next to me said after the show "wow, i have survived the thunderstorm". i can't say anything in addition to that.
